Henry Merrow

Henry Merrow is a seasoned professional in process engineering with a strong background in mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Process Engineering at LightForce since September 2024, Henry previously held multiple roles at VulcanForms Inc. from July 2021 to September 2024, including Sr. Manager, Manager of Process & Materials Engineering, and Senior Process Engineer. Prior experience includes a Research & Development Engineer position at Digital Alloys, focusing on metal printing processes, as well as a Graduate Student Researcher role at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where innovative laser-based printing technologies were investigated. Henry's earlier internships at Tesla, Porsche, and Technische Universität Darmstadt provided foundational experience in powertrain modeling, battery performance analysis, and automotive simulations. Henry holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
