Michael Anderson

Michael Anderson has extensive experience in operations, infrastructure, and manufacturing engineering. Michael currently holds the position of VP of Operations and Infrastructure at LightForce, where they started in December 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon Robotics as a Senior Manager Technical Operations and Technical Operations Manager from April 2020 to January 2023. Michael also has experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at both Amazon Robotics and L-3 Communications. Before transitioning into the private sector, Michael served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Overall, they have a diverse background and expertise in various aspects of operations and engineering.

Michael Anderson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Michael later earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same university. In addition, they hold a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in April 2015.
