Dean Miroulis, PMP, ITIL has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. From 2010 to present, they have been the CEO and Founder of LightGrid, LLC, where they are the primary point of contact for external customers and partners, coordinates the activities of the Senior Management Team, optimizes overall strategy and corporate culture, and manages corporate goals and performance. Dean is also the Quality Manager and Risk Manager, supporting LightGrid's QMS and ISO9001:2015 requirements, developing LightGrid's Risks, Issues, & Opportunities (RIO) Plan, and identifying risks and developing mitigation plans. Dean is also a Subject Matter Expert, supporting DISA's Timing and Synchronization Program, and has developed the initial DISN Sustainment Evolution Strategy (DSES) for NS111 and participated in technical strategy for Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). From 2002 to 2001, they were the Chief Design Engineer for TSAT GIG Border Element (TGBE) at SAIC, where they supported Lockheed Martin's Transformation Satellite Communications System (TSAT) Mission Operations System (TMOS) as an SAIC subcontractor and provided support for architecture design and requirements development of the TGBE and Teleport infrastructure including optical networking design. From 2001 to 2002, they were the Director of Systems Engineering at AboveNet.

Dean Miroulis, PMP, ITIL obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University between 1981 and 1985.
