Jason Koscielski has been working in the engineering and telecommunications industry since 1998. Jason began their career as a Civil Engineering Structural Journeyman for the USAF. In 2009, they became an OSP Engineer for the Metropolitan Communication Group, where they were responsible for designing and laying out fiber optic networks. In 2013, they worked as a Tower Climber/ RF Transmission Technician for TXR Global Technology Services, Inc., where they supervised new construction and upgrades to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless Communications Systems. In 2015, they joined DISA as an Inside Plant/ OSP Engineer/ Installer, providing C4ISR enhancements to the Defense Information Systems Network. In 2017, they became a Technical Field Engineer/ Field Installer for NES Associates, LLC, where they were responsible for preparing multiple site survey packages for DISA's MPLS network model and carrying out installation, integration, and configurations in support of the Defense Information Systems Network. In 2019, they worked as a Fiber Technician for American Electrical Testing Co. and, in 2021, they began working as a Timing System Engineer for LightGrid, LLC.
Jason Koscielski has an extensive education history. Jason attended Munster High School from 1992 to 1996. Afterwards, they joined the USAF where they studied Structural Journeyman from 1998 to 2002, and Special Purpose Vehicle Maint. from 2002 to 2008. In 2011 and 2012, they attended USAF Cable & Antenna Systems, where they studied Communications Construction Cable & Antenna Systems. Additionally, Jason has obtained a number of certifications from LinkedIn, including Project Management: Government Projects (May 2022), Construction Management: Introduction to Lean Construction, Managing Risk, Planning and Scheduling, Reading Drawings & Specifications, Safety & Health, Technology on the Jobsite, Stay Ahead in Construction Management, Construction Estimating Takeoff, Construction Management Foundations, and Learning Construction Estimating (all obtained in September 2019), as well as Learning Construction Estimating (July 2019).
