Russell Kuemper

Russell Kuemper has worked in the engineering field since 2005. Russell began their career at Northrop Grumman Information Systems as a Systems Engineer, where they were responsible for defining requirements and validating the architecture of a software defined radio that hosted both navigation and communications. In 2007, they moved to Technocom Wireless as an Applications Engineer. In 2008, they returned to Northrop Grumman Mission Systems as a Systems Engineer, where they were the Systems Engineering lead for the Link 16 waveform (Tactical Data Link) responsible for all aspects from requirements analysis to lab testing and certification. In 2012, they moved to Ticom Geomatics as a Systems Engineer. Russell is currently employed at LightGrid, LLC as a Senior Project Manager.

Russell Kuemper obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from South Dakota State University in 1986 and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University in 1998.
