Walter Dyer III, PMP has a wealth of experience in program and project management. Starting in 2010, they were the CEO & Managing Director of W. From 2015-2019, they were an Acquisition Professional Level III at KaRDS Cyber Solutions LLC, where they prepared complex and non-complex requisitions (for purchase orders and simplified acquisitions) Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR) and Economy Act Orders (EAO), and requisitions associated with MIPRs and EAOs in financial management system (currently FACTS), and assisted other requestors in the timely development, tracking and monitoring of requisitions through approval and certification cycles. Walter also assisted Program and Project Managers in the maintenance of Spend Plans. Finally, from 2019-present, they have been a Telecommunications Systems Project Manager at LightGrid, LLC.

Walter Dyer III, PMP has an extensive education history. In 1977, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Walter then went on to obtain a Master Certificate, but no degree, in Information Systems from the University of Southern California in 1987 and 1988. From 1988 to 1990, they obtained a Master of Science in Human Resource Management Development from Chapman University. Finally, in 1998 to 2000, they obtained a DoD Master's Level Certificate in Chief Information Officer from the National Defense University. In addition, in 2013 they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
