Morgan Mitchell

Morgan Mitchell has two years of work experience. In 2019, they began their role as an Industrial Engineering Co-Op at KAMAX, where they gained experience in process and design engineering. Her focuses included championing projects for process improvement and navigating SAP to perform valuable data analytics. Morgan also assisted the scheduling and tooling departments, improving the process in which tools are ordered to minimize inventory while reducing downtime in the case of abnormal breakage. In 2022, Morgan began their role as a Human Factors Engineering Co-Op at LightGuide, Inc.

Morgan Mitchell is currently enrolled in Kettering University, studying Mechanical Engineering. Morgan is expected to graduate in 2023. In October of 2022, Morgan obtained a certification in Human Subject Research for All Learners from the CITI Program.
