Anthony Martely, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Anthony began their career as a Guest Service Coordinator at The Walt Disney Company in 2011. Anthony then worked as a Bellperson at Wyndham Hotel Group and Hilton from 2011 to 2015. At Hilton, they also served as a Revenue Specialist and Hospitality Sales Specialist, where they focused on maximizing room revenue and growing market share.

In 2019, Anthony joined Lighthouse as a Business Development Manager, empowering hoteliers with data-driven revenue and distribution decisions. Anthony later became a Global Business Development Manager for Integrated Products, and eventually took on the role of Sales Leader for Business Intelligence. Anthony led Lighthouse's aggressive expansion in the hospitality industry, achieving significant milestones such as being the top salesperson globally, generating $1.8 million in ARR for BI products, and achieving 310% quota to goal attainment.

In 2022, Anthony was promoted to Senior Sales Leader, leading the growth of BI impact in the North American region and achieving 125% growth by hiring new specialists. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development for Business Intelligence at Lighthouse.

Anthony Martely earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management between 2007 and 2013. In 2015 to 2017, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Lynn University. Most recently, in 2020, Anthony completed an Executive Education Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business.
