Björn de Vogelaere

Björn De Vogelaere has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 when they worked as a Business Application Engineer (student) at Enfocus. In 2013, they briefly worked as an ICT Developer at xplore+. Björn then joined My Sherpa in 2012 as a Coach, where they stayed until 2014. In 2014, they worked as an IAESTE Trainee at Ulster University.

In 2015, Björn joined Lighthouse as a Software Engineer and worked there until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Project Engineer at Lighthouse. Björn then transitioned into the role of Software Delivery Manager from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they became the Team Lead and Software Delivery Manager at Lighthouse. Currently, Björn holds the position of Senior Team Lead and Product Solution Architect at Lighthouse since March 2022.

Björn De Vogelaere obtained a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Ghent University in 2013. Björn then pursued further education at Ghent University and graduated with a Master's degree in Computer Science in 2015. In addition, they obtained certifications in "Machine Learning" from Coursera in 2014 and "Become a Project Manager" from LinkedIn in 2020.
