Cristina Ortiz has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Cristina started their career as a Bank Cashier at Caixa Catalunya in 2008. Cristina then worked as a Content Coordinator for Teleperformance, specifically for Expedia, Inc. In 2013, they joined TNS as a Market Research Interviewer, specializing in the Spanish and South American markets. In 2014, they transitioned to Expedia Inc as an Account Manager in both the Market Associate and Finance departments. Cristina then moved on to Vrbo as a Partner Success Account Manager, handling property manager portfolios in several countries. In 2019, they joined Transparent Intelligence as a Senior Customer Success Manager, responsible for developing and managing customer relationships globally. Following the company's acquisition by Lighthouse, Cristina became the Director of Account Management for Short term rentals. Additionally, in 2022, they briefly collaborated with N-Acción, Asociación para el desarrollo del coaching y la inteligencia emocional.
Cristina Ortiz attended Universidad Nebrija from 2022 to 2023, where they studied Executive Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, and Leadership.
