Lemuel Chua

Lemuel Chua is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer growth and revenue management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Customer Growth - APAC at Lighthouse since April 2021, Lemuel has held various roles including Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, focusing on strategic partnerships and conducting business reviews for key hospitality clients. Prior experience includes being the Director of Revenue & Reservations at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana, where responsibilities included overseeing the hotel's commercial strategy, and leading the Revenue Management System project at Rotana's head office. Lemuel's academic background includes an MBA from ESSEC Business School, where contributions included a digital transformation consulting project for Accor Asia-Pacific, and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education. Military service with the Singapore Armed Forces included leadership roles as a Section Commander and Platoon Sergeant.
