Becca Youngren

Becca Youngren has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Becca started their career as an Applied Behavior Analysis Tutor at Residential Opportunities Inc in 2018, where they provided direct behavioral services to clients with autism, focusing on skill-building goals, role modeling appropriate behaviors, and fostering supportive relationships between children and parents.

In 2020, Becca served as a Program Specialist at Integrated Services of Kalamazoo, where their responsibilities included assisting individuals with paperwork, verifying insurance coverage, collecting payments, and providing support to various clinicians.

During the same year, they also worked as an Intern at Kalamazoo Regional Educational Service Agency as part of their Master's level graduate program at Western Michigan University. In this role, they assisted young adults aged 18-26 with a variety of diagnoses and skill deficits, using behavior analytic principles to improve functional skills such as daily living, vocational skills, community skills, and functional academics, while also addressing problem behaviors.
