Leila Allen has a diverse work experience in the field of applied behavior analysis. Leila started their career as a Classroom Aid at PACTT Learning Center in 2005 and later worked as a 1:1 Therapist, Case Manager, and Program Manager at Little Star Center from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Achieve Beyond as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and then moved on to Giant Steps in 2011, working in the same role.
