Mike Leszcz

Chief Operating Officer at Lighthouse Autism Center

Mike Leszcz has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mike started their career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young in 1986 and later worked as a General Manager at HI TecMetal Group, Inc., where they had P&L responsibility for a steel heat treating company. Mike then returned to Ernst & Young as a Management Consultant, managing process improvement and IT projects for various industries.

In 1999, Mike joined Axentis, Inc. as Vice President, Professional Services, where they played a crucial role in building the company's consulting organization and was responsible for revenue growth and customer satisfaction. In 2007, they moved to Quadax, Inc. as the Executive Vice President and COO, overseeing the Revenue Cycle Services business unit. Mike had P&L responsibility for delivering revenue cycle management solutions to healthcare providers.

Mike's next role was as President of Missing Piece Billing & Consulting Solutions Inc. in 2020, where they focused on providing outsourced revenue cycle management services to behavioral health practices. Mike was responsible for profit and loss and led the company's sales, marketing, operations, and strategy efforts.

Lastly, in the same year, Mike took on the position of Chief Operating Officer at Lighthouse Autism Center. In this role, they oversaw the daily operations and performance of multiple ABA therapy centers in Indiana and Michigan, with a focus on billing and insurance revenue cycle functions.

Mike Leszcz attended Saint Ignatius H.S. from 1978 to 1981, followed by Bowling Green State University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a B.S. degree in Business with a focus on Accounting. Later, from 1990 to 1992, they pursued an MBA degree at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, specializing in Marketing and Operations Management.
