Rachel Hudgel

Rachel Hudgel, MBA has a diverse work experience in various industries. Rachel is currently the Director of Public Relations at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions since July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business & Program Development at the same company from February 2022 to July 2022. Rachel also served as the Director of Performance Management at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions from March 2021 to February 2022.

Before their current role, Rachel worked as the National Business Development Manager at Landmark Recovery from November 2020 to March 2021. Rachel also was the Regional Outreach Manager at Indiana Center for Recovery from June 2020 to October 2020.

Rachel has experience in the treatment and recovery field, having worked as the Director of Business Development at Ethan Crossing Recovery Center of Springfield from January 2020 to June 2020 and as the Assistant Director of Business Development/Program Development at Columbus Springs from June 2019 to December 2019.

Rachel also worked at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. as the Community Relations Coordinator from December 2016 to June 2019, and as an Admissions Assistant from August 2016 to February 2017.

Earlier in their career, Rachel gained experience in the healthcare industry as an Interim Outpatient Coordinator and Intake Clerk at Dublin Springs Behavioral Hospital from July 2015 to July 2016, and as an Intern from May 2014 to August 2014.

Rachel's work experience extends beyond the healthcare field. Rachel worked as a Server at Made From Scratch Catering from June 2013 to February 2014 and as a Professional Groom at Pamela Graham Hunters and Jumpers from June 2012 to December 2012. Rachel also served as an Assistant Trainer at Hunter's Dream Equestrian Center from November 2008 to November 2011.

Rachel Hudgel, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration degree with a healthcare concentration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Rachel has also obtained several certifications. Rachel completed Mental Health First Aid training through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in June 2022. In April 2015, they received certification in CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute). Furthermore, they hold CPR certification, although the institution and details of its acquisition are currently unknown.
