Nigel Gan

Nigel Gan is an accomplished professional in public relations and marketing communications, currently serving as the Director of Public Relations in a cluster role at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since August 2025. Prior to this, Nigel held the position of Director of Marketing Communications at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from April 2022 to July 2025, and Director of Marketing Communications at Urban Resort Concepts from February 2018 to March 2022, where the role entailed leading marketing activities during a hotel pre-opening phase. Earlier experience includes management positions at Royal Selangor, The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Hilton Kuala Lumpur, and The Gardens Mall, with responsibilities ranging from strategic communications management to event coordination and marketing strategy development. Nigel holds a Bachelor of Business Management and IT from the University of Hull, earned in 2006.
