Jeffredo Grabelsky

Jeffredo Grabelsky has extensive experience in research and data validation, currently serving as a Claimant Support Specialist at Lighthouse Central Florida since August 2018. Previously, Grabelsky worked at Reis | Commercial Real Estate Data and Analytics from March 2008 to July 2018 as a New Construction Validator and an Associate Real Estate Research Analyst, where responsibilities included the discovery and validation of property-level data and trend analysis of rent rates and occupancy levels nationally. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Personal Research Assistant for author Priscilla Dunhill from June 2006 to February 2008, focusing on research and fact-checking for a publication on the history of seeds-men in America. Grabelsky holds a Bachelor of Arts in History/Anthropology from Green Mountain College, earned between 2000 and 2005.
