Mhr Shannon Boon

Shannon Boon, MHR, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Lighthouse Central Florida since October 2021, after previously holding the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager and Specialist at Avant Healthcare Professionals, and Human Resources Coordinator at Design Interactive. Shannon's background also encompasses program management and client care coordination, with earlier positions at the Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida and HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc. Additionally, Shannon has experience in social services as a Case Manager for the Safe Children Coalition and a Residential Support Worker at Phoenix Learning and Care. Shannon possesses a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New College of Florida, alongside ongoing education in case management at UCF.
