Sudhir Deshpande

Sudhir Deshpande is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, eco-friendly initiatives, and education. Currently serving as the Quality Program Manager at Lighthouse Communities Foundation since September 2018, Sudhir focuses on enhancing program quality for youth from underserved communities. As a Co-Founder and COO at Ecoad, Sudhir promotes eco-friendly products and has successfully trained over 1,500 women in producing newspaper carry bags to replace plastic. Previous roles include Community Initiatives Program Manager at Wildlifer Research and Conservation Society, Global Shaper at Pune Hub, and volunteer work with Samidha NGO focusing on child education. Sudhir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from VIT Pune and has completed various certifications in sustainable management and business management.
