Kaitlyn Schneider has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Contact Center Operations Manager at Lighthouse Credit Union since October 2017. Previously, Kaitlyn held the position of Team Manager and worked as a Call Center Representative within the same organization. Prior to that role, Kaitlyn developed managerial skills as a Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. from March 2010 to September 2017. Kaitlyn completed high school education at Marshwood High School from 2004 to 2008.
