Ryan Grace serves as the Vice President of Brand and Head of Marketing at Lighthouse Credit Union, leading marketing efforts to achieve strategic growth and enhance community impact since February 2023. Previously, Ryan held the role of Senior Brand Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., where a focus was placed on increasing household penetration and executing national advertising campaigns. Experience also includes significant achievements as a Senior Brand Manager at Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc., driving double-digit growth for flagship brands and managing portfolios exceeding $300MM. Earlier career roles include senior positions at Mars and SC Johnson, where Ryan implemented data-driven strategies and established successful brand management practices. Military service as a Captain in Military Intelligence was completed prior to entering the consumer goods industry. Educational background includes degrees from Duke University and Phillips Exeter Academy.
