What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated electrical contracting project scheduler to support the execution of our cutting-edge projects at Lighthouse Electric. In this role, you will oversee the planning and tracking from design through execution, providing management with critical decision-making information to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a unique opportunity to start from scratch and leverage first principles to plan a fully integrated execution of Lighthouse Electric’s electrical infrastructure and contracting projects.

  • An office-based Scheduler with five (5) or more years of scheduling experience

  • Someone with:

    • Electrical/MEP construction knowledge
    • Experience with industry standard scheduling practices i.e., CPM, Takt, Pull Planning, Last Planner System, etc.
    • Advanced knowledge and proficient use of Primavera P6 scheduling software
    • The ability to accurately integrate resource, cost & material loading data into schedules and report the budgeted earned value
    • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft and/or Google Suite applications
    • Experience in scheduling for projects valued at $10 million or higher
  • A strong interoffice collaborator with:

    • Demonstrated organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
    • A strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
    • The ability to work calmly under deadlines and external pressure
  • A detail-oriented professional with strong written and verbal communication skills
