Jakub Szudejko

Jakub Szudejko, CFA has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Jakub began their journey as a Senior Financial Analyst at Bank BPH, GE Capital Group in 2004 and progressed to become a Finance Modelling Manager and Senior Project Manager. In 2014, they joined Swiss Rotors where they served as Advisor to the Supervisory Board before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer and eventually Chief Commercial Officer. In 2020, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at ExpertSender and served as a Board Member. Later, in 2021, they became a Board Member at Lighthouse Growth and assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Jakub Szudejko, CFA holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from the University of Gdansk. In 2010, they completed a Leadership development course at GFKM - Gdańska Fundacja Kształcenia Menadżerów. Jakub also studied Economics and Management at Universidade da Madeira. Additionally, Jakub has obtained certifications as a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute, a CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA, and a Certified Green Belt in Six Sigma from GE.
