April Osinsao

April Osinsao serves as the Regional Project Manager at Lighthouse Independent Media since October 2021, overseeing premier HR events in Singapore such as the HR Excellence Awards and the Accelerate HR Conference. Prior experience includes various roles at i-vic International Pte Ltd from March 2013 to June 2021, where responsibilities ranged from providing warranty support for Bosch Home Appliances to resolving payment issues as a Collection and Retention Specialist. April has also contributed to customer service and sales roles in organizations like Convergys, Stream Global Services, and NCO Group, focused on enhancing customer experiences and resolving technical issues. April holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA.
