Apostolos Mangou

Apostolos Mangou is an experienced professional in the fields of laboratory analysis and nutrition, currently serving as a Laboratory Analyst and previously as a Laboratory Assistant at LIGHTHOUSE Instruments since June 2021. Prior to this role, Apostolos held several influential positions at Hard Rock International from January 2014 to September 2020, where responsibilities included managing a team and enhancing operational efficiency while achieving significant sales growth and customer satisfaction. Apostolos also has a solid background in dietary counseling, having worked as a Dietitian for various sports teams and institutions, including Iraklis Gymnastic Club Thessaloniki and Arion Gymnastic Club Ptolemaida, as well as internships focused on clinical nutrition at Hippocrates' General Hospital. Education includes a Master of Science in Nutrition and Health from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki.
