Jason Ferrell

Jason Ferrell is a seasoned professional in experience design with a significant leadership role at Capital One, serving as Managing Vice President and Interim Chief Design Officer. Previously, Jason held the position of Vice President of Experience Design at Capital One and contributed as a Board of Directors Member for Lighthouse Labs RVA. As the founder and co-owner of Frostings Bake Shop, Jason combines entrepreneurial experience with expertise in customer experience, having worked as a Customer Experience Research Consultant and Research Analyst at Wachovia. Jason's educational background includes a Master of Science in Decision Sciences with a focus on Consumer Behavior and a Bachelor of Science in Management, both obtained from Virginia Commonwealth University.
