Lisa Druce

Lisa Druce is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the medical communications and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Lighthouse, part of Lucid Group, and Managing Director at Lighthouse Medical Communications US since February 2019, Lisa has played a pivotal role in driving business development and strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Lisa held several senior leadership positions at Ashfield, part of UDG Healthcare plc, from 2009 to September 2018, including Senior Vice President of Commercial Development and Operations and Senior Vice President. Lisa also served as Account Director at ACUMED from 2006 to 2009, showcasing a strong background in client services and operational management.
