Benjamin Champagne

Benjamin Champagne has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Benjamin began their career as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Aerotek in June 2006, where they worked until May 2011. Following this, they joined Rock Ridge Country Club as a Food & Beverage Manager, overseeing staff management, budgeting, menu planning, and ensuring compliance with local and federal laws. In July 2013, they transitioned to Monroe Staffing Services as a Technical Recruiting Manager, where they were responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate new clients and expand current clients throughout the Northeast. Currently, they are employed at Lighthouse Professional Services as a Senior Technical Recruiting Manager, a role they assumed in July 2019.

Benjamin Champagne studied at Western Connecticut State University from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resource Management.
