Bobby Cave

Bobby Cave has worked in the hospitality and finance industries, most recently as a Trustee at Lighthouse Youth Services. Bobby got their start in the industry as an intern at InterContinental Hotels Group, where they worked with the Data Analytics team to consult and aid strategies for the IHG Americas brands. Bobby was also part of a five person case team that delivered valuable insight into the millennial demographic to IHG's senior leadership team.

After their time at InterContinental Hotels Group, Bobby interned at Executive Jet Management, where they successfully created a flat-rate billing system for international charter customers that was implemented company wide in 2013. The system added an additional stream of revenue to the company whilst also helping to improve cost estimation techniques.

Bobby's experience in both the hospitality and finance industries have made them a valuable asset to Lighthouse Youth Services. In their role as Trustee, Bobby is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organisation and ensuring that it is run efficiently and effectively.

Bobby Cave attended the University of South Carolina where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics.
