Zach Nolte

Zach Nolte has extensive work experience in operations management and engineering roles. Zach started their career as a Site Supervisor at Northwest Protective Service, where they supervised a team of 14 employees and implemented process improvements. Then, they worked as a Production Specialist at LexisNexis Applied Discovery, where they processed and converted ESI data for litigation purposes. In 2012, they joined Applied Discovery as a Manager of Data Services, overseeing a team of Engineers and coordinating data processing and production activities. Zach also played a role in improving collaboration between sales, client services, and operations. In 2014, after DTI LLC acquired Applied Discovery, they continued as a Manager of Data Services Engineering, leading a team that provided eDiscovery processing and hosting solutions. Later, they joined Epiq as a Director of Operations Engineering, responsible for managing operations-related projects. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of ETS Operations at Lighthouse, where they lead the operations team and ensures efficient service delivery.

Zach Nolte holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Washington University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree at Wenatchee Valley College from 1997 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Zach has also obtained a certification as a Nuix eDiscovery Specialist from Nuix.
