Stephen Walter is currently the VP Solution Engineering, EMEA at Lightico, where Stephen helps businesses expedite customer journeys using the Digital Completion Cloud™. Prior to that, Stephen held various prominent roles at Genesys, Genesys | Interactive Intelligence, Aspect Software, and numéro, showcasing their extensive experience in solution consulting and architecture. Stephen graduated from Durham University with a BSc in Computer Science and Electronics after attending Burnham Grammar School.
