Erik Odrobinak

Erik Odrobinak serves as the Chief Business Development Officer at Lighting Beetle s.r.o. since December 2013, playing a vital role in leading business development activities, managing sales teams, and developing strategies that drive sales performance. In addition to this position, Erik co-founded and co-organizes the Experience Conference, a prominent UX event in the CEE region, and holds the role of Association Director for Slovakia in Odyssey of the Mind, where management of related activities and international festivals in creative problem-solving is a focus. Erik also has previous experience as a festival manager and event organizer, along with a strong educational background in European and Political Studies from prominent universities in Slovakia and the United States.
