Kathy Shroba

Kathy Shroba has over two decades of diverse professional experience, currently serving as a Sr Inside Sales Coordinator at Lighting Services Inc since February 2012. In this role, Kathy collaborates with specifiers and representatives on various aspects, including quotations, order management, and customer support. Prior to this position, Kathy worked as a Consultant at FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation from 2008 to 2012, where responsibilities included processing sales orders and managing substantial invoice packages. Kathy's experience also includes serving as a NYS Certified Real Estate Appraiser at Regional Appraisal Associates from 2003 to 2008, conducting appraisals for various purposes, and a decade as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at ISO, where Kathy supervised and trained call center staff. Kathy holds a degree from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
