Rosemary E. McCormack

Ms. McCormack is an experienced asset management attorney, having focused her career on serving U.S. and international asset management firms, hedge funds, private equity funds and venture funds. Her areas of expertise include corporate securities law, employment law and compliance matters.

Ms. McCormack is currently the Assistant General Counsel of a large Boston-based hedge fund. Prior to that, she was the General Counsel, CCO and a member of the Management Committee of Raptor Group Holdings LP, a diversified financial services firm. She also served as VP and Senior Legal Counsel of Old Mutual Asset Management, the U.S. asset management arm of Old Mutual plc, a global financial services firm, and an attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP. Ms. McCormack began her career at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP where, in addition to serving her corporate clients, she had the opportunity to provide pro bono legal services to small business entrepreneurs regarding all facets of their businesses.

Ms. McCormack received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Boston College International and Comparative Law Review, and a BA, Cum Laude, from Mount Holyoke College.
