Edwin Verlaan

Edwin Verlaan has extensive work experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on leadership and strategic planning. Edwin started their career as an Assistant Accountant at Ernst & Young and later served as the Global Finance Director at Avery Dennison, where they were responsible for managing the financial aspects of a global division. Edwin also worked as the Finance Director for Europe at Avery Dennison, overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Additionally, Edwin Verlaan held the position of Group Finance Director at HI-TEC SPORTS, where they were in charge of company-wide financial reporting, planning, and treasury. Edwin also played a key role in implementing various business intelligence tools and software systems. Edwin then took on the role of CFO at Teidem, MC Home Deco, and Lightmakers BV | Light & Living EU, where they continued to utilize their financial expertise and leadership skills.

Edwin Verlaan completed their undergraduate education from 1984 to 1988 at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a degree in HEAO BE. In 2019, they enrolled in Erasmus University Rotterdam to pursue a program titled "The New CFO".
