Angela Bertolini has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Angela is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Lightmatter, where they are responsible for building a high-performing team and attracting top talent. Previously, Angela held positions at Ingram Micro as a Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition and Senior Tech Recruiter, overseeing recruitment efforts and partnering with key stakeholders. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Talent Acquisition and Partner at MIND Research Institute, where they played a crucial role in recruiting top candidates and improving hiring processes. Angela also has experience as a Recruiting Manager at adaQuest Inc, where they were responsible for filling key positions and managing recruitment initiatives. Before transitioning into talent acquisition roles, Angela worked in education as a Program Director, Elementary School Teacher, and Pre-school Teacher at various schools in Brazil.

Angela Bertolini (she/her) holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Education from Sao Francisco University, Brazil (1994-1999). Angela also obtained a degree in Education from E EPSG Casper Libero (1990-1994).
