Beth Keil

Beth Keil is the current Vice President of People at Lightmatter. Prior to joining Lightmatter, Beth served as the Vice President of People at Aternity from October 2020 to November 2021. In this role, Beth was responsible for setting talent strategy and establishing a function designed for scale and operational excellence in order to stand up the business to be an independent entity. Beth has also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Veracode from July 2009 to January 2020, where they were an integral member of the leadership team focused on delivering results, building for scale, developing people and preserving an exceptional culture. During their time at Veracode, Beth played a key role in standing up the company as an independent business after its acquisition by private equity firm Thoma Bravo. Beth has also led change management efforts during re-integration with parent company due to change in business strategy.

Beth Keil attended Binghamton University School of Management, where they earned a BS in Management.
