Boon Seng Tan

Boon Seng Tan has a wide range of experience in the tech industry, with their most recent role being the Head of Product Engineering at Lightmatter. Prior to that, they had a long career at Intel Corporation, where they held various leadership positions. These included Senior Director of the Data Center & AI Platforms Engineering & Architecture Group, Director of Server System Integration, and Director of Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly & Test Management. Boon Seng also held roles as a Senior Quality & Reliability Manager, Materials Engineering Manager, Senior Materials Engineer, and Process and Equipment Development Engineer. Throughout their career, Boon Seng Tan has demonstrated strong skills in team management, product development, and supplier relationship management.

Boon Seng Tan received a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1996. In 2023, they enrolled in the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for Executive Leadership Development in the field of Executive Education.
