Jaime Sanchez, PhD, PE, PMP, is a Senior Staff Thermal Engineer currently at Lightmatter, bringing extensive experience in designing thermal solutions for test equipment and data center platforms. Previously, Jaime worked at Intel Corporation, where they focused on cooling solutions for next-generation server microprocessors and led cross-functional teams in thermal analysis and technology development. They have also held academic positions at institutions such as Portland State University and the Universidad Politécnica del Litoral, where Jaime contributed to teaching and mentoring in various engineering subjects. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, Jaime has a proven track record in both industry and academia and has been a recognized leader in thermal engineering.
