Justin Hammergren

Justin Hammergren is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of FP&A at Lightmatter since January 2024 and as an Advisor at QFlow.ai, which focuses on automating GTM finance leveraging AI, since August 2023. In addition to these roles, Justin is the Consulting CFO at My CareLinq and a member of Operators Guild, both positions held since 2022 and 2023, respectively. Previously, Justin held various senior finance positions including Sr. Director of Finance & Strategy and Director of Finance & Strategy at Outreach until January 2024, and played a key role in sales finance and strategy at Google following the Looker acquisition. Justin's extensive background includes serving as Head of GTM Finance & Strategy and Corporate FP&A Lead at Looker, and financial analyst roles at Apple. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Statistics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
