LJ Guillotte

LJ Guillotte is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the artificial lift and oil and gas industries. As President & COO of Lightning Production Services since October 2012, LJ has focused on manufacturing engineered products that enhance performance in deep deviated shale oil and gas wells. Previously, as President & CEO, LJ contributed to product development, including coiled rods and polymer-lined production tubing. Additionally, LJ serves as an Executive Consultant at LJG Consulting, providing strategic guidance to several companies, including SPScanco and SPSbuilders. Notable past roles include President of Great Plains Oilfield Rentals and President & CEO of vMonitor, Inc., where LJ successfully led a significant company turnaround.
