James Hoare

James Hoare serves as the Deputy General Counsel at Fibertech Networks, LLC since December 2006, focusing on the company's business, regulatory, and litigation efforts. Prior to this role, James held positions as an attorney at McGivney & Kluger from 2004 to 2006, and as an associate at Nixon Peabody LLP between 2000 and 2004. James's legal career began as an Appellate Court Attorney for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division 4th Department from 1998 to 2000, and as an associate at Melvin & Melvin from 1994 to 1998. Educational credentials include a JD from Syracuse University College of Law (1991-1994) and an AB in Government from Dartmouth College (1987-1991). James is an alumnus of Manlius Pebble Hill, where studies were completed from 1981 to 1987.
