Joe Rouncefield

Joe Rouncefield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and team leadership. Currently serving as Product Data Team Lead and Senior Product Analyst at Lightricks since May 2022, Joe previously held roles at Gymshark as Senior Customer Insight Analyst and Customer Insight Analyst from October 2020 to May 2022. Prior to Gymshark, Joe was a Senior Analyst at Opus Energy from September 2017 to September 2020 and began a career as a Graduate Analyst, focusing on customer portfolio analysis and strategic decision-making. Joe earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Exeter from 2013 to 2016, following studies at Truro and Penwith College from 2011 to 2013.
