Meytal Blumenthal Gordon

Meytal Blumenthal Gordon currently serves as the Head of Business Operations (Tech) at Lightricks, providing advisory support to the CTO and overseeing all project management aspects related to departmental planning, including hiring, onboarding, and budget management. Previously, Meytal held the role of Executive Assistant to the CTO, where responsibilities included administrative processes and cross-departmental communication. Experience also includes working as a Regional Pedagogical Advisor in Biblical Studies for the Ministry of Education in Israel, teaching at The Hebrew Reali School, and coordinating projects for The AVI CHAI Foundation. Military service included data analysis in Israeli Military Intelligence, Unit 8200. Meytal's educational background features a Master's degree in Jewish Philosophy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and ongoing studies in the Executive Ordination Track at Yeshivat Maharat.
