Shani Mandel-Laufer

Shani Mandel-Laufer serves as Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Lightricks since April 2022, previously holding the role of Director of Strategic Finance. Prior to Lightricks, Shani worked at the Israel Ministry of Finance, first as Head of the Energy Sector in the Budget Division from February 2018 to April 2022, and earlier as a Housing Economist. Shani's experience also includes a position as Teaching Assistant in the PPE program at The Hebrew University from October 2016 to June 2018 and serving as Governor's Research Assistant at the Bank of Israel from March 2016 to January 2018. Earlier roles include Junior Analyst at the Israel Ministry of Finance and Psychometric Teacher at EZ WAY. Shani holds a Master's degree in Financial Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Political Science, and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
