Yarden Zach Israeli

Yarden Zach Israeli is a Human Resources Specialist at Lightricks since January 2022, having previously served as the Head of the Career Development Department at Azrieli College of Engineering Jerusalem from January 2021 to February 2022. In this role, Yarden managed staff and fostered academic-industrial relations while providing employment counseling to graduates and students. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Shatil (2018-2021), where Yarden managed the employee lifecycle and organizational learning, and as a Human Resources and Recruitment Coordinator at the Israeli Ministry of Justice (2017-2018), overseeing recruitment processes. Yarden also served as a Training and Development Coordinator at John Bryce (2016-2017) and began a career in client service and administration at enaim medical center (2011-2016). Yarden holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a B.A. in Human Resources Management from Hadassah Academic College.
