Adam Marks

Adam Marks has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Adam is currently serving as the Senior VP of Corporate Development at LightRidge Solutions. Prior to this, Adam was the President of Marksman Strategies, where they provided executive-level consulting services for technology, aerospace, and defense organizations. Adam has also held the position of Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer at Maxar Technologies, where they oversaw strategic activities and restructuring efforts. Adam has served as the Vice President of Strategy, Corporate Development & Marketing at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. and held various leadership positions at Thales. Adam began their career as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton and also worked as a Corporate Attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Adam began their professional journey as a Teaching Fellow at Beijing Normal University through Princeton in Asia.

Adam Marks has a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). Adam also holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from The George Washington University Law School. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Yale University.
