Jami Rose

Jami Rose is a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Lightship since September 2023, previously serving as a Mechanical Design Engineer at the same company. Rose gained experience as a Product Realization Lab Course Assistant at Stanford University from September 2021 to June 2023 and held a prior role as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Lightship during the summer of 2022. Early career experiences include a Carpentry Apprentice position at Dunton Woodworking, a Mac Product Design Engineer at Apple, and a Company Dancer with the Boston Community Dance Project. Jami also contributed to the MIT Fixation as a Dancer and Artistic Director and was involved in research at both the Oceans Institute and the Bioinstrumentation Lab at MIT. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
