Jorge Ibarra obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Orizaba, which they attended from 1987 to 1991. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at the Centro de Bachillerato Tecnológico y de Servicios No. 142, specializing in Construction Engineering from 1994 to 1997. Jorge also attended the Escuela Secundaria Técnica No. 4 from 1991 to 1994, where they studied Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD as part of their middle school education.
