Katie Noble

Katie Noble has extensive work experience in various engineering and consulting roles. Katie currently works as a Consultant for a new startup since January 2023. Prior to that, Katie worked as a Program Management and Test Engineering Consultant at Lightship starting from March 2022. Katie also had a role as the Owner and Lead Consultant at Alta Tech in January 2022. Katie served as an Alum Mentor at Arise Leadership from November 2021. Earlier in their career, Katie worked at Outrider as the Director of Program Management from November 2020 to July 2021 and as the Director of Systems Integration, Verification, and Test Engineering from October 2019 to November 2020. Katie had a similar role as the Director of Test Engineering at Azevtec (which became Outrider) from October 2019 to February 2020. Prior to that, Katie worked as an Engineering Consultant at Alta Tech for Azevtec from June 2019 to October 2019. Katie has also held various roles at Tesla, including Engineering Manager, Service Engineering; Engineering Manager, Systems Integration; Staff Product Support Engineer, Service Engineering; and Sr. Systems Test Engineer. Katie started their engineering career at Agilent Technologies, where they served as an Electrical Design Engineer and a Technical Support & Design Engineer. Katie also gained experience as an R&D Intern at Agilent Technologies.

Katie Noble completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, starting in 2002 and finishing in 2006. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Ascend's Leadership Program from Ascend in June 2021.
